As a Roofing Specialists, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and assist them throughout the roofing process. We are a 5-star company, as rated on Google. We take pride in delivering high quality residential and commercial roof replacements and repairs with a customer service-first approach. We provide you with the tools and training you need to build a lucrative career in one of the area's fastest growing and consistent industries. DutiesGenerating sales leadsConsistently arriving, in a timely manner, to pre-set and confirmed roofing appointmentsCold calling B2B and home to home.Presenting sales proposals and convert into sales while building long-term customer relationships.Attending team meetings and training (most remotely)Networking with existing and outside prospects to build a customer base outside of the leads we provide you.Climbing and inspecting residential and commercial roofs.Compensation and BenefitsCommission-ONLYGuaranteed inspection pay (draw against future earnings during training period) + lucrative commission structureUnlimited earning potentialFlexible scheduleReferral programExperienceMinimum: sales or inspection experience preferred but not required (or similar work history)Travel Requirements: Daily in assigned areas.
