Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates with our partners and within the communities where we operate.We offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits 401K a generous PTO program and the opportunity to join a winning culture recognized for rewarding our best with opportunities to advance their career within the company.Essential Job FunctionsGreeting guests and responding to requestsMaintain a healthy and safe environment in guest roomsChanging bed linen and making bedsReplacing used towels and other bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soapSweeping and mopping floorsVacuuming carpetsDusting and polishing furnitureEmptying trash containersCleaning public areas such as corridorsReporting any technical issues and maintenance needsUpdating status of guest rooms on assignment boardRestocking cleaning cart and/or suppliesFollow all health and safety rulesAttends meetings as requiredExperience and Education:Experience in customer service forward-facing or other guest-related positionsPrior experience in the hospitality industry as a room attendant preferredExperience cleaning in a customer focused environmentExperience with specific Brand as it appliesMinimum High school diploma GED or equivalentRaines is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
