What will you do in this job?
Responsible for the daily operations of the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge Reservations. Work closely with the staff in an efficient, courteous and dedicated manner to ensure that the guest’s expectations are exceeded. Provide quality service and enhance the guest experience while following the company and Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge’s policies and procedures.

• Greet arriving/departing guests in a professional and pleasant manner and provide excellent guest service
• Be knowledgeable of lodge services, daily functions or activities occurring at the Lodge and in the area.
• Serves as the central information center for all lodge operations
• Accounts for monies collected and perform basic accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Reconcile guest folios ensuring all charges are correct and accurate

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• Arrive to work on time, ready to work, dressed in clean uniform, with a neat and clean appearance
• The ability to work as a team and work with various personalities.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented multi-tasker that has a positive guest service attitude
• Be an assertive, confident decision maker and problem solver that makes sound judgments, anticipate issues and opportunities

The starting wage for this role is $19.00.
