Rotomold Technician III at Mainstream Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and mechanically proficient operator to serve in a senior role within our rotomold machine facility. As a Rotomold Operator III you will act as a technical lead on the production floor overseeing complex machine operations guiding team members and ensuring all processes meet or exceed safety quality and efficiency standards. You will be expected to diagnose mechanical issues coordinate mold setups train junior operators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership deep process knowledge and exceptional mechanical problem-solving skills.Position RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalency requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment preferably in rotomolding or moldingDemonstrated leadership experience-lead operator trainer or shift lead responsibilitiesUS Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulationsExceptional mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot repair and optimize equipment and toolingStrong understanding of mold setup processing parameters cycle optimization and quality controlManual dexterity is required; must be able to stand kneel squat reach push pull climb and use common hand tools without restrictionMust be able to lift 50 lbs consistentlyForklift certification preferredAbility to interpret technical documentation read blueprints perform precise measurements and log production data accuratelyProven ability to lead a team communicate effectively and uphold production discipline and safety standardsShift1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:45pm2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12:30amPay1st Shift - 30/hr2nd Shift - 32/hrMainstream Engineering Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
