Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKozarian Construction LLC (DBA - CK Home Kitchen & Bath) is looking for a Laborer and Experienced Framing / Remodeling Carpenter Wanted (5 years minimum) - Pittsburgh / South Hills AreaWe are a well established construction business in the south hills looking for an experienced and efficient carpenter with a great attitude. Produces quality work and works well with others. Willing to provide and receive support from each team member.Use of a company vehicle can be provided or you may use your own personal vehicle. Work is located in the Greater Pittsburgh area.Candidate must also have all their own hand tools. Specialty tools (ie. radial arm saw, table saw, nail guns, etc.) will be provided.Skills/Experience Desired:-Works with minimal supervision-Demolition-Rough Carpentry (Walls and Floors) (Roof framing a plus)-Finish Carpentry (Casing & Baseboard) (Experience with crown molding a plus)-Doors (Interior and Exterior)-Flooring (Hardwood, Laminate and Vinyl)-Experience with Kitchen and Bathroom cabinet installations-Basic Plumbing, Basic ElectricalWindow Installation and light concrete work a plusSalary based on experiencePlease note:Drawings, supervision / support and laborers are provided for all phases of projects.
