Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull time position base salary plus commission, route sales driver/ distributor will work under the regional sales supervisor. The route sales driver is responsible to provide excellent customer service while delivering and servicing stores.RequirementsRetain relationships with store managers and solve customer issuesInform customers of new products and special promotions.Restock stores to ensure correct inventory, pricing, and date code rotationInsure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfactionComplying with customers scheduled receiving hours and policiesSell displays to drive incremental salesSolicit new business within the route territorySelling in new promotions into existing accountsMaintaining company-supplied equipmentMinimum RequirementsMust be computer LiterateCDL Class “C”Must be able to drive 16’ truckHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBilingual (English/Spanish)Ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 50 lbsExceptional Communication skillsAbility to work well with peopleMust be 21 years of ageMust have active and valid driver license with a clean driving recordMust be available to work a mandatory work schedule of Monday through Friday, Occasional Saturdays to fulfill business demands1-3 years of sales experience, DSD experience preferred.Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen and background investigationCompany DescriptionCandies Tolteca is a leader in the wholesale distribution of Hispanic candies and snack throughout California.
