We craft tailored solutions that address immediate needs while laying the groundwork for sustained growth, leveraging data-driven analytics to deliver exceptional value.Position OverviewAs a Route Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of XPRS™ at local retail stores on a dedicated route. You’ll drive a company vehicle, set up and replenish our trendy, high-quality products, maintain displays, and build relationships that drive sales and long-term partnerships.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive a company vehicle from XPRS’s upgraded fleet to service a scheduled route of local retail storesSet up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality productsMaintain accurate inventory levels at each accountInstall and maintain product displays, fixtures, and promotional materialsProvide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with store management and staffIdentify opportunities to grow sales and expand product placementsWork independently while remaining part of a motivated and supportive teamTake pride in presenting a strong and professional company image at all timesSchedule & TravelSchedule: Monday–FridayStart Time: 7:00 a.m.Hours: Typically ~50 hours per weekTravel: This position requires 2–3 overnights per week with hotel staysCompensationBase Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (hourly, non-exempt)Estimated Annual Compensation: $50,544 – $59,280Based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonusesActual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and locationJoin us and help deliver data-driven retail solutions that move our partners’ businesses forward.QualificationsValid driver’s license and good driving recordTech-savvy and comfortable with:Smartphone appsMicrosoft OutlookZoom or similar toolsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, and/or retail preferredAble to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodationPhysically able to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently21 years of age or olderAble to rent and operate a rental car through a company-approved vendor, as required for travel or site visitsEqual Opportunity EmployerWe do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, political affiliation, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital status, or veteran (U.S.) status.The company will provide accommodation to applicants, including those with disabilities, during the recruitment process, in accordance with applicable laws.
