Lead the customer, account, and growth side of a major landscape

maintenance business.

At Cold Creek Nurseries, we help create beautiful spaces that invite peace, refuge, and

connection. We serve high-end residential estates, commercial properties, and HOA

communities across the CSRA, and we're looking for a Routine Maintenance General

Manager to lead a major part of our Landscape Services business.

This role reports to our Landscape Services Director and is responsible for the leadership

and performance of our routine maintenance account management and business

development functions. The role leads four Account Managers who oversee customer

relationships, account performance, and multiple maintenance crews, as well as a full-time

Business Development representative focused on new maintenance business.

The right person will bring a strong mix of customer service, landscape maintenance

operations, leadership, and business development. They will help strengthen customer

retention, support account growth, drive new maintenance sales, and build a strong team

around one of the most important parts of our company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 4 Account Managers responsible for customer relationships, account performance, and multiple maintenance crews
• Manage and support a full-time Business Development representative focused on winning new maintenance accounts
• Oversee the account management function for routine maintenance, including customer communication, account health, issue resolution, and retention
• Help deliver a high standard of service across high-end residential, commercial, and HOA properties
• Work with Account Managers to identify and grow enhancement and project opportunities within their installed base
• Support new maintenance account growth by creating focus, accountability, and momentum around business development efforts
• Partner with Account Managers and field leaders to improve property quality, crew support, labor effectiveness, and follow-through
• Help recruit, develop, and strengthen leadership within the routine maintenance team

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in landscape maintenance or a similar service business
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Experience working with high-end residential, commercial, and/or HOA accounts
• Experience leading customer-facing managers, account managers, salespeople, or field teams
• Understanding of both account management and maintenance operations
• Experience with business development, account growth, or sales leadership is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Experience developing people and improving team performance
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience with Aspire or similar landscape business software is a plus
