(This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)QualificationsBLS Required at Time of HireAssociates Degree in Respiratory Therapy requiredCurrent New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License Security Technician plus BLS ACLS PALS and NRP are required.ResponsibilitiesPerforms advanced airway care including intubation extubation and tracheotomy care for infants pediatric and adult patients.Proficient in using High Flow therapy BPAP/CPAP ventilators and Bubble CPAP for all age groups.Conducts electrocardiograms on infants pediatric and adult patients in various hospital areas including the Emergency Department L&D nursery ICU MedSurg and PMG.Implements cardiopulmonary modalities and protocols for infant pediatric and adult patients.May perform pulmonary function testing Holter monitor placement and cardiac stress testing in the Pulmonary department.Completes departmental-specific duties.BenefitsWere all about well-being starting with yours.Presbyterian employees have access to a fun engaging and unique wellness program including free on-site and community-based gyms nutrition coaching and classes mindfulness and meditation resources wellness challenges and more.Learn more about our employee benefits.Presbyterian is committed to an inclusive and equitable environment where everyone is valued and empowered for success.
