Job Title : Ruby on Rails Tech Lead Location : Hartford CT (Hybrid) End Client: Hartford Insurance Job Description: We are looking for a highly technical Ruby on Rails Tech Lead with strong hands-on development expertise. The ideal candidate should be able to design develop and lead technical solutions while guiding the team on best practices.
