The Role: Position SummaryThe Delivery Coordinator (SaaS Implementation Coordinator) serves as the operational hub for client onboarding and implementation of our conversational AI platform. Youll manage timelines drive alignment across internal teams and ensure a smooth successful implementation experience. This role requires strong project management skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Youll work closely with the Client Success Lead to ensure delivery is not just on time and on spec but also aligned to client goals and long-term success.Ideal candidates for this role live in the St. Louis metro area. Quite a few members of our Delivery team live in St. Louis and are in our office 2 or 3 days each week to collaborate and meet in person.
