SaaS Workday Developer and Administrator at MicroStrategy

MicroStrategy Inc. dba Strategy seeks SaaS Workday Developer and Administrator in Tysons Corner VA:Job Duties:  Manage a broad portfolio of MicroStrategys financial applications integrations and reports delivered primarily through the Workday cloud ERP platform. Design develop configure test and deploy Workday solutions such as internal EIB integrations and building advanced reports and dashboards for data analysis. Act as the primary named support contact with Workday manage communications with Workday Support and ensure the seamless operation of integrations with external systems like payroll benefits and financial platforms. Design develop and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform. Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality build feasible solutions and manage workflows Process Builder assignment rules email templates and other declarative and programmatic features. Configure Workday modules manage security groups and access permissions and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while performing data analysis and creating actionable insights through reports. Collaborat with HR IT and Finance teams and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization enhances system usability and ensures high-quality implementations that align with business goals. Manage Workday upgrades release updates and feature enablements perform regression testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to MicroStrategy Inc.s Tysons Corner VA office is required.Minimum Requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Business Information Systems Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce development; (2) Apex; (3) lightning development; (4) classic development; (5) API integration; (6) Web Development; (7) JavaScript; (8) HTML; (9) CSS; (10) Frameworks; (11) Workday integration; (12) Core Connectors; (13) EIBs; (14) Studio; (15) HCM Core; (16) Workday Absence; (17) Business Process Fundamentals; (18) Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
