This role provides leadership to ensure efficient workflows high-quality patient care and a positive work environment in alignment with the organizations mission vision and values. The Clinic Supervisor serves as a key operational resource for providers clinical staff and patient service representatives while also acting as a liaison to organizational leadership.Oversee daily clinic operations staffing schedules and workflow.Hire onboard train and evaluate clinical and patient services staff.Provide leadership that promotes efficiency teamwork and high-quality patient care.Support staff with knowledge of protocols processes and policies.Address routine employee relations matters and escalate complex issues as needed.Identify and resolve daily operational challenges and ensure compliance with organizational standards.Stay informed on clinic and organizational updates; promote continuous improvement and customer service excellence.Maintain consistent reliable attendance.Serve as a liaison between providers patients and leadership to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.Promote a positive patient experience through effective education and service coordination.Lead safety efforts during emergencies to protect staff patients and facility resources.Support accounts payable budgeting inputs and management of controllable expenses.Contribute to clinic and organizational strategic initiatives and performance metrics.Ensure adherence to CLIA OSHA HIPAA and safety/risk management requirements.Maintain compliance with personnel policies and secure handling of protected health information.ResponsibilitiesAt UnityPoint Health you matter.
