Safety And Security Manager at Equus

- Coordinates and oversees search and seizure activities and conducts investigations as assigned.- Ensures civil rights are not violated and all proceedings are in compliance with Department Of Labor Company and legal guidelines.- Maintains effective public contact and communication.- Ensures compliance with health and safety practices.- Ensures compliance with Department Of Labor guidelines and The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program regulations.- Conducts in service training for center staff as required.- Conducts training for subordinates in all aspects of center safety and security. Must report unsafe conditions to supervisor anytime an unsafe condition arises.- Completes required security logs documents and records in a  timely manner.- Controls disturbances and assists staff in de-escalating the volatile situations.- Other duties as assigned Qualifications : - Three years of security or law enforcement experience one of which was in a supervisory capacity.- Bachelors Degree in criminal justice or related field preferred ; or a combination of education and experience.- Valid Drivers License and good driving record.- Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification preferred Additional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
