ResponsibilitiesSafety Manager Greys Lake ILAs a Safety Manager youll lead the charge in building a culture where safety is more than a priority its a core value. Youll ensure best practices are implemented compliance standards are met and every team member goes home safe each day.HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring OSHA compliance implementing best safety practices and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsDaily safety audits and inspectionsOversee all subcontractors and contractorsOversee Fall Protection Scaffolding Steel Erection and ExcavationQualificationsMinimum 7 years direct construction safety experience requiredDegree in a safety related field preferred OSHA 510 and or 500 a plusCHST or CSP preferred Advance knowledge ofconstruction safety standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredProficient Microsoft Office skillsEmbody HazTeks Core Values of Integrity Compassion Dependability Leadership AccountabilityOverviewHazTek Safety Management is a full-service objective safety partner founded in 1997.
