Safety Manager at Synerfac Technical Staffing

Position: Safety Manager Location: Randleman, NC Company: Construction Manufacturer Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company! This person will be responsible for leading health and safety efforts in a fast paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you"ll develop, implement and enforce safety programs, ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001 standards, conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, lead incident investigations, and support safety training and employee engagement. You"ll also oversee safety professionals and help drive a strong safety culture across the plant. Requirements: -Must have minimum 3-5 years experience in industrial manufacturing or Construction ideally. -Must have minimum 1 year experience in a Safety Management role. -OSHA 30 required. -CSP, ASP, CHST, NFPA and additional OSHA certifications are a plus. -Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google, and possess strong computer analytical skills. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
