Job DescriptionLiberty Mechanical, LLC- Safety Manager  We are seeking a dynamic Safety Manager in the Tennessee region to oversee safety initiatives across our three companies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in safety management within construction, especially in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. About Us:  Knight's Mechanical, Liberty Mechanical, LLC, and Southern Mechanical are leading mechanical contractors serving the Nashville area and beyond.  We are proud to be a part of Ascension Property Services (APS)-a nationwide group of specialty trade contractors with decades of experience across commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, manufacturing, and institutional sectors. We operate under a customer-focused, employee-driven business model that emphasizes loyalty, consistency and expertise.  Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and success-oriented.  We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for safety.  The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety protocols and ensuring the well-being of all employees working on construction projects.  This role combines leadership, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the construction industries.  SALARY RANGE: $80,000-95,000/YEAR BENEFITS:Health, Dental, Vision InsuranceCompany-matched 401(k)Life Insurance and Disability CoveragePaid Holidays and Time Off  QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related fieldPreferred OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety, OSHA 510, and OSHA 5007-10 years in safety management within commercial construction5+ years in leadership roles focused on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing safetyStrong leadership and communication abilitiesAnalytical skills for incident investigationProficiency in safety management software RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement safety policies and training programsEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations through audits and documentationInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsIdentify hazards and manage risk mitigation strategiesConduct safety training and maintain certification recordsCollaborate with project teams and engage employees in safety initiativesOversee safety budgets and resource allocationConduct site visits and handle safety equipmentWork in various weather conditions. Physical Requirements:Ability to conduct site visits and walk through construction areas.Ability to lift and carry safety equipment and materials as required.Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments.ABOUT US:Knight's Mechanical, Liberty Mechanical, and Southern Mechanical are leading mechanical contractors in Nashville, part of Ascension Property Services (APS).
