Regional Finance Manager at Menzies Aviation Careers

Reports to: Director Financial Planning and AnalysisSalary: Commensurate with experienceOverviewWe have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team as a Regional Finance Manager. Main accountabilities include: Completion of weekly flash financial reports.Produce monthly financial statements (profit and loss statements and other financial reports).Produce quarterly reforecast and annual budgets.Assist in the preparation of annual 5 Year Plans.Preparation of investment appraisal requests.Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs and renewals of customer contracts.Provide financial advice to the regions operations and act as a business partnerProvide financial support to Regional Ops leadership.Management mentorship and leadership of Financial Analysts on team.Ensure adherence to Group policies on accounting and controls.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and ExperienceRelevant accounting qualification or qualification by experience.General accounting experience necessary and 2 years of management experience (to include progressively more responsible financial management and supervisory experience).Experience and skillset of communicating effectively with non-financial workstreams and providing sound actionable business advice.Expertise in Excel accounting ERPs and OneStream (or similar) a plus.Must have strong organization and time management skills.Ability to plan prioritize and complete projects within mission critical deadlines.Excellent communication skills in person on the phone and in writing.Aviation industry experience is a plus.Must be able to sit for long periods of time.Ability to look at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor within a very hectic work environment.Must be able to travel domestically and internationally utilizing various transportation methods.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Economics,Fashion Retail,Engineering,General Services,Accounting,IT Training Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Finance Experience: years Vacancy: 1
