These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Shifts vary and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable)Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all timesSupervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plansPlan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiencesProvide coverage at any CMS residential program as assignedTransport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activitiesYouth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hourYouth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $ 21.00/hourYouth Specialist & Child Care Worker Schedule: Please see belowCurrent Openings Include????Heery Center????Farano CenterBoth Programs1 Full-Time Evening (Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)2 Full-Time Evening (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; includes alternating weekends)Per Diem opportunities available, with preference for evening and/or weekend availability.1 Full-Time Evening (Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)1 Full-Time Overnight (Sunday–Wednesday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)1 Part-Time Overnight (Thursday–Saturday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)2 Part-Time Day (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)Weekend Warrior Shifts:Saturday AM (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)Sunday AM (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)Sunday PM (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)Note: During the interview process, hiring managers will discuss your availability, experience, and shift preferences to identify the best fit.
