We're looking for a Safety Supervisor to lead safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety excellence across our operations.Seeking candidates with experience within Industrial Manufacturing, along with at least 2 years leadership mentoring others. This position directrly supervises 2 hourly employeesWhat You'll DoLead and manage safety programs, audits, and trainingMonitor workplace conditions and conduct industrial hygiene assessmentsInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsSupervise and mentor safety personnelEnsure OSHA and regulatory complianceCollaborate with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture What You Bring / RequirementsBachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field5+ years of safety/environmental compliance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
