This includes engineering teams distributors and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians.We are seeking a bilingual Safety Training Coordinator to join our training team in the Minneapolis MN this role you will support our nationwide telecommunications operations by developing and implementing effective training programs for field technicians installers and construction crews. As a bilingual Trainer you will create educational materials and deliver instruction in both English and Spanish to ensure our diverse workforce have access to industry best practices safety protocols and technical procedures.**This position can be worked on a hybrid schedule as coordinated with your manager**Why TAKFull TimePaid WeeklyCompensation: $45K - $65K annually DOEFull Benefits Package (Medical Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off401(k) with Company Match!25K Company Paid Life InsuranceIndependent Work & Team CollaborationCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!The RoleDevelop and maintain training materials including presentations handouts and demonstrations for telecommunications construction techniques and safety practicesDeliver engaging training sessions both in classroom settings and on job sitesTravel to various locations to conduct on-site training (approximately /- 50% annually)Translate training materials between English and SpanishConduct training sessions in both English and SpanishStay current with industry standards best practices and regulationsTrack training completion and maintain documentationGather feedback and continuously improve training programsSupport senior Trainers with content development and deliveryRequirements1 years of experience in telecommunications construction drop bury installation or related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in telecommunications construction education or related field a plusBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) requiredBasic understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and construction practicesProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrates exceptional adaptability in learning and responding to changing conditionsDetail-oriented with excellent documentation skillsPrevious experience creating training materialsKnowledge of adult learning principlesFamiliarity with field safety protocolsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)OSHA certificationAbility to work effectively in diverse environmental conditions including exposure to weather elements dust noise and potentially hazardous materials with appropriate protective measuresAbility to travel to multiple locations across different states (/- 50% annually)May require occasional weekend or after-hours availability for emergency situations or special projectsMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
