Key Requirements: Production/Application support experience ideally in IAM Strong SQL SailPoint IdentityIQ and Java skills Experience supporting provisioning workflows application connectivity and incident troubleshooting Preferred: Enterprise-level support experience Familiarity with additional IAM platforms or ServiceNow Candidate must be able to troubleshoot incidents support provisioning workflows and work with SQL SailPoint and Java-based tools.
