Job TitleSales Account Manager- Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Northern Chicago and Southern Wisconsin)Job DescriptionSales Account Manager Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Norther Chicago and Southern Wisconsin)As a Sales Account Manager CV Ultrasound you will develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions being the orchestrator of the relationships with all of the accounts within the territory.Your role:You will build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team.You will understand customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs.You will develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.You will negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.Once an order is closed you will continue communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.You will ensure order processing architectural service construction and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.Youre the right fit if: You have a Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelors in areas such as Account Management Client Relationship Management Partner Sales Operations Sales Operations Business Development or equivalent. Youve acquired experience in hospital and capital sales.You have a Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or equivalent.Your skills include deep knowledge of the CV portfolio develop strong relationships strong closing skills solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.Youre a super engaging charming hard worker.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement the Target Earning potential is $204000 to $258000 annually plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package which includes a generous PTO 401k (up to 7% match) HSA (with company contribution) stock purchase plan education reimbursement and much more.
