We are a crucial supplier for some of the worlds largest manufacturers sourcing and distributing high-end electronic components like semiconductors integrated circuits FPGAs MCUs and many more. We solve complex supply chain problems for our clients.We are looking to add high-energy motivated professionals to our team. You will develop a client base by making outbound cold calls qualifying inbound sales leads and finding new opportunities as market conditions change. You will give sales presentations to senior-level executives engage in complex high-value negotiations and see opportunities through to the finish line.If you are hungry to work hard be a part of a winning team and level up your earning potential this is the perfect role for you.Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing questions and concernsProvide support to clients via phone and email throughout the entire life cycle of a deal to ensure 100% customer satisfactionSurpass activity metrics such as outbound cold calls emails and capabilities presentations to help reach quarterly sales goalsCollaborate with the sales team and other departments within the company to facilitate and execute a seamless experience for our clientsStay on top of industry trends by frequently conducting relevant market researchUphold the companys core values of Excellence Dedication and EfficiencySome travel may be requiredWould Like to Have:Experience in cold call and/or door-to-door salesProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience using a CRMStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsResourceful high-energy coachable and open to changeBilingual Speakers a plus This is a full-time position. The job is in-person only. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 5:30 and Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Houston. Our ideal candidates are hardworking always curious constantly ready to learn and self-motivated people. We are looking for candidates to take initiative and make those calls that need to be made around the world. Youll have key card access to get in as early as you want to work European accounts and youll have plenty of company time if you stay past 5:30 to work the West Coast.We offer a $50000 base salary and a lucrative uncapped commission plan ($100000 - $125000 in year one).
