The Sales Account Manager's management of the customer lifecycle ensures that the initial sale is just the first step in a productive account. Core Functions of the Sales Account Manager Provide clear, professional guidance on AT&T's mobile wireless portfolio, helping Phoenix residents understand their services. Recommend personalized mobile solutions to household data usage and communication needs. Oversee the account management process, ensuring enrollments, activations, and documentation meet AT&T's standards. Strengthen customer relationships by clarifying AT&T's pricing, promotions, and upgrade options, making sales conversations transparent and persuasive. Collaborate with fellow Sales Account Managers to review territory performance data, refining neighborhood outreach and boosting regional sales presence. Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Account Manager Requirements for Sales Account Manager High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience in sales, retail, or account management, with a record of meeting performance goals and maintaining professional accountability.
