Key Responsibilities of an Sales Account Trainee: As a Sales Account Trainee, create and implement customer service, sales and marketing plans to boost visibility, drive engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. Confidently engage with customers as a Sales Account Trainee, promoting AT&T features, services, and benefits to increase brand recognition. Offer exceptional customer service as a Sales Account Trainee, completing orders, addressing questions clearly, and listening to feedback to enhance the customer experience. Attend company-provided training sessions to improve skills and refine sales and customer service techniques as a Sales Account Trainee . Collaborate with fellow Sales Account Trainees to achieve shared goals, exchange ideas, and brainstorm strategies for success. Use customer feedback and observations to identify areas for improvement, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery as a Sales Account Trainee. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all sales transactions. Uphold integrity and adhere to data protection and privacy standards in all interactions.
