About the Opportunity

We are seeking driven individuals who are eager to succeed in sales and take advantage of a high-commission structure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and enjoys connecting with clients while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell collectible coins to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

• Strong motivation and a desire to succeed in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Structure

• Base draw: $600
• Commission:
  • 20% on deals
  • 10% on opens
  • 10% on closes
  • 5% residual income on opened deals
• Earning Potential: Up to $150,000+ based on performance
