We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the team. This is a perfect role for someone who is eager to act as primary liaison between the company and its clients to boost loyalty and retention while maintaining excellent client services. Key Responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Assistant As the Sales and Marketing Assistant you will engage with customer via different channels ensuring each interaction is positive and professional As the Sales and Marketing Assistant you will proactively manage client accounts ensuring client services are always efficient Offer support to improve client services in the organization As the Sales and Marketing Assistant you will utilize the CRM tool to track engagement and client services offering, making recommendations were needed for improvements As the Sales and Marketing Assistant you will support internal teams members with any activities that contribute to client services improvement Required Skills and Qualifications for the Sales and Marketing Assistant Ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the US Knowledge of sales, customer service and client services standards Perks for the Sales and Marketing Assistant Training and Development Career Advancement Collaborative creative work environment If the above describes you, then we would love to hear from you!
