We couple our engineering analysis capabilities with design prototype integration and test capabilities to create solutions for our clients that are of extraordinary value.What will you doAs a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in our San Diego office you will support the execution of our marketing and business development initiatives by playing a key part in planning and implementing annual marketing activities coordinating trade shows and events creating and managing engaging content and supporting sales outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized creative and proactivesomeone who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute fresh ideas that drive growth.Essential Job Functions:Marketing Planning & ExecutionContribute to the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and scheduleTrack update and manage timelines and deliverables as marketing activities evolve throughout the yearSupport internal product promotions capability campaigns and overall brand visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing sales and operations goalsContent Creation & Social MediaHelp create and curate creative meaningful and relevant content for social media newsletters and campaignsAlign content with the marketing calendar and current market trends to drive engagementSupport copywriting design coordination and scheduling of posts across platformsTrade Show & Event CoordinationManage trade show logistics including booth space booking travel arrangements and vendor coordinationTrack key dates deadlines and deliverables to ensure successful event executionCoordinate materials displays and promotional items for each eventIdentify and manage speaking or sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility and showcase company expertiseIndustry EngagementManage company memberships and participation in industry associations and related activitiesMonitor upcoming events partnerships or sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goalsSales SupportHelp maintain and update tasks leads and contacts in HubSpot CRMSupport outreach campaigns to identify and engage new business prospectsCollaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts drive qualified opportunitiesInnovation & Creative ContributionPropose and execute creative out-of-the-box ideas that support marketing and sales initiativesContinuously seek opportunities to enhance the brands visibility awareness and market reachLocationPosition is based in San Diego with a hybrid schedule.**The hybrid work arrangement is subject to change based on business needs including but not limited to training performance or other operational requirements. Any physical location change may impact future employment.What are we looking forBachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)2 years of experience in marketing coordination sales support or similar roleStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and writing skillsExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferredFamiliarity with trade show logistics and event planning is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management toolsCreative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generationMust be a US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident)Compensation and BenefitsMarketing Coordinator pay range: $28.04/hour - $45.82/hour*This range represents base addition you may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.Referral eligibility: Tier 1Quartus is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to employing a diverse workforce including but not limited to minorities women individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
