Come see why we were named #1 Best Company to Work For in the U.S. by Fortune and Great Place to work!Ideal candidate will possess the following:At least six months of previous customer service experience.Previous experience in hotel sales events and catering is preferred.Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word Excel and Outlook.Ability to manage a multi-line telephone.Hourly rate for this position is $27.87What will I be doingThis Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the sales process of our group and business travel sales managers by coordinating hotel site inspections and acting as a liaison between the complex sales team and hotel operations. The goal is to ensure a seamless site experience for our clients and addition this role will support the marketing department in executing all hotel positioning efforts hotel operation requests and campaign goals by adhering to Hilton brand standards. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:Coordinate and execute all aspects of a site experience in close collaboration with hotel operations (F&B Housekeeping Banquets Front Office) and your sales manager while implementing a WOW factorHandle special requests for customers and sales & marketing managers while on/off property including VIP reservations amenity requests and leisure activitiesCreate and send all internal communication regarding timeline and upcoming site and media visits. This includes calendar appointments and Banquet Event Orders for VIP site visitsGive weekly updates and feedback on site visits and hotel initiatives that need to be communicated to complex sales teamAttend weekly marketing meetingsAssist marketing department with developing social media calendars scheduling posts and traveling to hotels for content grabsUtilize programs such as Canva DropBox and Teams to complete flyers marketing collateral and videos as requested by our sales team and hotel operations teamsAttend all scheduled hotel photo shoots and assist in opening space redirecting guests and establishing signage to ensure minimal photo/video obstructionStay solution focused while multitasking several requests for all properties while staying on top of last-minute changesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Sales Experience,Marketing,Public Relations,Pricing,Sales Pipeline,Outside Sales,Strategic Planning,Social Media Management,Sales Management,Enterprise Sales,Public Speaking,negotiation Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Sales Experience: years Vacancy: 1
