We’re passionate about inclusive wellness, personalized service, and creating a supportive environment for both our team and clients.Position Overview:StretchLab Metairie is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Lead to oversee studio performance, drive membership sales, support member retention, and lead the team in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong sales instincts and leadership potential, looking to grow within the fitness and wellness industry.Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $38,000–$40,000 (based on experience)Membership and retail sales commissionBonus opportunities based on performanceFree StretchLab membership (4 assisted stretches/month)Retail discountsCareer growth opportunities as more studios open in the regionSupportive, health-driven team environmentKey Responsibilities:Lead daily sales efforts and convert leads into long-term membersDrive member retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and loyaltyManage front desk staff and Flexologists, including training and coachingDrive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and promotional eventsTrack and manage inventory levels and order studio supplies as neededComplete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using ClubReady and Google SheetsParticipate in corporate calls and execute follow-up action plansCreate, manage, and grow studio content across social media channelsPlan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain membersEnsure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently each daySupport and enforce membership policies and studio proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service, including diffusing challenging client situations professionallyMaintain studio cleanliness, safety, and organizationRequirements:2+ years of fitness or membership sales experience preferredConfident in driving sales and coaching team members to do the sameExperience with member retention strategiesStrong leadership, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (in person, phone, text, email)Highly organized and detail-orientedAble to work independently and collaborate with the studio ownerProficient in Google Suite / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, etc.)Quick learner of studio platforms like ClubReady and Digital StackExperience with social media content creation and managementFamiliarity with email marketing tools and campaignsUnderstanding of business performance metrics (revenue, expenses, profitability)Passionate about health, movement, and delivering a premium client experienceProfessional, punctual, and dependableApply Today!If you’re a proactive, sales-driven leader ready to take the next step in your wellness career, we’d love to hear from you.
