Top performing canidates may be offered to move into one of our sales associates positions with the possibility to increase your earnings.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive Pay based on experience and work historyApprox. 40 hours per week nights and Saturdays closed Sundays401 kHealth InsurancePaid vacationRESPONSIBILITIESThe purpose of the Honda Product specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.Approach greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lotDirect customer to appropriate sales staff or help them find where they need to go (sales service or parts department)Keeps log of showroom traffic and facilitate data entry in CRMAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth navigation green fuel options hybrid tools etc.)Explain product performance and benefitsPerform high-quality professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehiclesBe familiar with competitive vehicles and be able to point out the strengths and benefits of the Honda brand.Delivery of new Honda vehiclesKnow and understand the ODanielsales processEnsure that the dealership has adequate parking for customersBe the first and last impression of the dealershipQUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
