Sales Associate Part Time at European Wax Center

We are looking for a new sales associate to join our guest services team to deliver exceptional, personalized services to our guests. Must be excited to work in a high performing sales environment. Having fun while being awesome is a requirement!

As a Sales Associate at European Wax Center in Wilmington, NC , you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! We seek a special person who can provide an exceptional guest experience, delighting each guest! You must be sales oriented and ready to educate our guests on all the benefits European Wax Center offers. Needs to have a flexible availability including; opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Scheduling is based on performance of sales associate and guest experience delivery.

Shift requirements:

Monday - Friday | 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday | 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday | 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
In need of someone with flexible availability, shifts vary.

Responsibilities of Sales Associate:

• Greet guests upon their arrival and manage the center's overall flow while providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Educates every guest on the services, products, and loyalty programs to enhance their experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and packages based on their preferences
• Inform guests of prices and monthly promotions.
• Sales (commission based), Marketing, Front Desk Receptionist

Skills:

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, or similar role
• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
• Passion for the beauty industry and helping others to feel more gorgeous
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
• High school diploma
