Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSales & Client Experience AssociateFull-Time | In-Person (Beverly Hills) | Sunday–ThursdayAbout the Role:We’re hiring a Sales & Client Experience Associate to join our growing team at Jack Weir & Sons, a family-owned luxury fine jewelry company. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, organized, and thrives in a client-facing environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and support all aspects of the sales cycle—from lead response and client outreach to virtual appointments and post-sale logistics.This is an opportunity to grow into a high-level sales professional, learning from one of the top performers in the business while delivering a world-class experience to our customers.ResponsibilitiesSales & Client CommunicationRespond to all inbound inquiries across email, chat, social, and phone within 30 minutes during business hoursConduct virtual and in-person appointments with prospective clientsManage ongoing outreach to existing clients via email and phone callsAssist in weekly live sales events, handling client follow-up and questionsCustomer Service & FulfillmentCoordinate with the admin and fulfillment team for resizing, repairs, shipments, and custom ordersServe as a liaison for post-sale care and logistics inquiriesTrack and update deal progress, client preferences, and communication logs in HubSpot CRMCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to respond to warm leads and assist in closing opportunitiesPartner with the sales lead to refine client outreach strategies and track deal performanceParticipate in local and national pop-ups/retail shows as needed (occasional travel required)What We’re Looking ForWarm, articulate, and professional communicatorHighly adaptable, organized, and detail-orientedStrong follow-through and a natural ability to prioritizeClient-first mindset with emotional intelligenceNo CRM experience required—but you must be eager to learn quickly and take initiativeWork ScheduleTuesday - Saturday in-person at our Beverly Hills showroomOccasional weekend travel required for retail events Key ObjectivesDeliver an exceptional client experience across every touchpointHelp drive deal flow by nurturing leads, following up consistently, and managing logisticsKPIsLead Response Time: Under 30 minutes during business hoursFollow-Up Completion: 100% of open deals followed up weeklyClient Engagement Rate: 25%+ of past clients re-engaged quarterlyAppointment Close Rate: 40%+ conversion from appointments to active dealsSales Contribution: Assist in hitting monthly/quarterly sales targetsResolution Time for Service Requests: <48 hoursTeam ValuesGrowth-OrientedAccountabilityTeam CollaborationFunIntegrityAnalytical Thinking
