The Sales Development Lead will engage with customers to highlight the benefits of AT&T Fiber, driving sales by offering the fastest internet in the city. The Sales Development Lead role is to make AT&T Fiber the preferred choice for Milwaukee customers. As a Sales Development Lead, you'll shape your sales team's success by setting clear expectations for every interaction and guiding effective sales conversations. The Sales Development Lead will then reinforce consistent sales behaviors and ensure AT&T Fiber is confidently presented as a dependable solution in every customer discussion. Responsibilities of the Sales Development Lead Support sales teams in expanding AT&T Fiber by coaching them through approachable, face to face outreach in assigned communities. Deliver easy to understand presentations that show why AT&T Fiber is faster and more dependable than traditional internet. Guide customers into AT&T Fiber premium plans by focusing on unlimited data and strong, whole home performance. Help residents activate AT&T Fiber security features with simple steps that build confidence. Explain how AT&T Fiber keeps households running smoothly for streaming, gaming, and online work. Boost team results by encouraging premium AT&T Fiber add ons that increase account value and improve the customer's experience. Qualifications of the Sales Development Lead High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or team leadership is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage territory logistics and guide sales development. Reliable transportation for daily travel to residential consultations across Milwaukee. Ambition for career growth, with advancement based on results and leadership impact.
