This helps to maintain a culture of excellence and provides guidance in our daily work.HHITs core values are:Do the right thingBe easy to work withExceed expectationsServe humblyNever stop improvingPosition Summary:The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for researching and identifying prospective buyers within particular market segments bringing awareness to our products and services and converting leads into pipeline opportunity for our sales team to close. This is an in-person in office position or remote.Primary Responsibilities:Researches identifies manages contact data and generates/nurtures leads that yield an appointment set with a prospective buyer target Optimizes list-building and contact management tools (i.e. LinkedIn ZoomInfo Definitive Healthcare etc.) Succinctly summarizes key prospective buyer triggers drivers and/or profiles into CRM or other tools/formats as needed to manage and quantify a funnel of target opportunity Executes templated cadences for email telephone postal mail social media and other outreach Qualifies inbound leads and advances them to the next step in our companys sales cycle Partners closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure strong communication and proper handoffs Accurately enters and maintains clean data in CRM Routinely reports out prospecting activities completed and new opportunities identified/appointments set Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent communication skills both written and spokenStrong problem solving and analysis skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skillsTeam playerDrive to complete project work on timeAbility to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projectsEducation & Experience:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience At least 2 years of sales experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience with Customer Relationship Management software preferably SugarCRM Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills Excellent written and verbal communicational skills Passionate about sales and customer experience Other:Willing and ready to exemplify HHITs core values on a daily basisResponsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHITs data security and privacy policies and procedures as well as HIPAA PIPEDA and all other applicable lawSpeaking and writing English is a requirement for this positionMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Time Management,Customer Service,Cold Calling,Retail Sales,Territory Management,Upselling,Product Demos,Outside Sales,Medicare,negotiation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
