Its time for businesses to embrace that trend and stop the constant game of voicemails phone tag and making customers wait on hold.About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative Upsell Manager youll own the strategy coaching and daily operations of our current customer outbound SDR team. Reporting to the VP of Client Growth you will turn datadriven insights into repeatable processes that fuel pipeline growth for every industry we serve within our client base.What You Will Be DoingRecruit onboard and develop a team of 812 SDRs; create career paths that retain top talent.Set and exceed pipeline targets by designing outreach cadences that blend calls texts and emails.Coach call recordings and roleplays dailyhoning objectionhandling lead qualification and ethical persuasion tactics.Align tightly with Marketing on ICP refinement accountbased plays and event followup.Own SDR tech stack & reporting (Salesforce Zoom Revenue Accelerator Slack PowerBI and more) to surface actionable metrics and forecast accurately.Iterate playbooks through A/B testing of scripts sequences and talk tracks for new product launches.Partner with Account Managers to ensure clean handoffs that accelerate opportunities and improve win rates.Champion a feedback culturesharing market intel with Product and Customer Success.Skills & Qualification24years of SDR/BDR leadership in a B2B SaaS environment (managing 6 reps).Proven track record of hitting monthly meetingsset and pipelinegenerated goals.Strong command of outbound frameworks and modern sales tools.Datadriven mindsetyou love dashboards cohort analysis and experimenting to optimize conversion rates.Inspirational coach who can rolemodel highenergy cold calling and teach with realtime feedback.Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.Nicetohaves: experience selling into multilocation SMBs reputationmanagement tech or automotive verticals.Our Company Values We Hope You ShowcaseUnwavering Customer ObsessionSee it Solve it Get it DoneBuild Adapt WinWhat Kenect Offers!Health Dental Vision Life & Disability InsuranceYour birthday is a paid day off!Onsite gymBreakroom full of snacks and drinksConvenient location next to freeway entrance/exitLegal DisclosureKenect is an equal opportunity employer.
