We are on a mission to empower humanity to lead a healthier life.The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Development Representative has a background in employer Health Plan consultants and distribution partnerships with a gifted ability to reach new contacts and new companies and compel them to meet with Vori. This person will have the persistence to and skill set to find and create a connection with prospective customers for Vori and encourage them to meet with our sales organization to learn more.This is a role for a seasoned sales development representative. Someone who understands how health plans and employers are structured and how they make decisions. This person is also comfortable with both C-level interactions in addition to knowing how to navigate the consultant and broker communities. This person needs to know how Vori Healths solution can serve everyone and make the process work better. Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams will make all this work.Compensation: The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $100000 USD with 70% base salary and 30% variable commission. Commission is uncapped and tied directly to performance against defined sales targets.What Youll Do:Essential Functions:Identify / qualify sales opportunitiesLeverage and build key relationships with decision makers to begin the relationship with VoriSet meetings with employers health plans consultants and brokers in identified marketsBuild relationships with the consultant and broker communityAccountable for achieving performance goalsParticipate in internal client and prospect strategy meetingsConduct research to identify new target accounts and contacts within those accountsConduct research to identify new markets and client needsContact potential accounts to establish rapport and arrange meetingsCollaborate with the marketing department to ensure proper outreach messaging coordination of tactics and tracking of resultsEstablish rapport with inbound referrals and assist admissions with outside referralsFollow and analyze industry trendsEvaluate goals on a monthly basisSupervisory Responsibilities:âN/APerform other projects and duties as assignedWho You Are:Required:2-3 years of proven experienceWant the ball attitudeLove interacting with prospective clients and existing clientsAre naturally curious - learn by asking questionsLaser focused on discovery in the sales processPersisitentin responsiveness and follow upUnderstand the interaction of payers employers providers facilities and patient experience in healthcareApproach new challenges with an open mindUnderstand the complex sale processAppreciate DE&I and understand why this is so importantExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentStrong organization skillsAttention to detailAbility to follow procedures accuratelyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareNice-to-Haves:Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or universityWork authorization/security clearance requirements:Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.Physical Requirements/Work Environment:Remote work environment.While performing the duties of this job the employee may be regularly to stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use hands and fingers to operate a computer telephone and keyboard.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Company Benefits: At Vori Health we believe in fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team members.
