This leader will playa central rolein scaling our growth engine elevating sales execution and bringing a modern process-driven GTM mindset to the organization.This positionownsthe new-logo motion guidesa team of AEs partnerscross-functionally across MarketingRevOps Product and CS and helpsshape our operating rhythm as we execute against our FY26 goals focused on growthprofitabilityand scale.ResponsibilitiesLead and scale a high-impactnew business sales teamHire coach and develop AEs to consistently achieve quota and pipeline targetsBring a process-centric mindset to forecasting deal inspection pipeline management and account planningEstablish a disciplined operating cadence aligned to our Revenue Architecture and GTM production linesLeverage a strong ecosystem of partners resellers and alliances to drive demand accelerate dealvelocityand improve win ratesDrive predictable new customer acquisitionOwn monthly quarterly and annual new-logo ARR targetsBuild and refine repeatable sales motions that follow the Bowtie and SPICED frameworksEnsure consistent execution across discovery mutual action plans customer impact mapping and competitive positioningPartner cross-functionallyWork closely with Demand Gen to shape ICP messaging and targeted campaignsCollaborate with Product to ensure field feedback informs the roadmapPartner with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs that drive fast time-to-impact and long-term retentionAlign withRevOpson territory design compensation insights forecasting models and performance analyticsElevate executionDrive a culture of accountability urgency and continuous improvementModel excellence in enterprise sales fundamentals SPICED-style qualification and value-based storytellingIdentifybottlenecks in the revenue production line and work with GTM leadership to improve throughput win rates and cycle timesQualificationsRequired8 years of SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years leading quota-carrying teamsProven success scaling new-logo business in Payroll HCM HRIS WFM or adjacent enterprise softwareStrong command of salesmethodology(SPICED MEDDIC Command of the Message or similar)Demonstrated ability to create predictable pipeline and consistently hit ARR targetsExcellent at coachingtalent developmentleading through data and creatinghigh-trust/high-performance culturesExperienceoperatingwithin a multi-product environment and selling to CFOs HR leaders and operational buyersPreferredExperience selling into mid-market and enterprise segmentsBackground working with PE-backed SaaS companies in transformation or scale-up phasesFamiliarity with revenue models GTM motions and the principles behind the Revenue FactorySuccess Looks LikeTeam hitting or exceeding quota within first two quartersClear repeatable sales motionsestablishedand adoptedImproved AE productivity win rate lift cleaner pipeline disciplineShorter cycle times and reliable forecastingStrong cross-functional alignment with Marketing CS Product andRevOpsMeaningful contributions to our FY26 growth plan and the long-term revenue architecture of the company Required Experience:Director Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,Direct Sales,Marketing,SAAS,Hotel Experience,Management Experience,Revenue Management,Salesforce,Sales Management,Enterprise Sales,negotiation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
