Be part of a team shaping the future of green technology, supported by strong global R&D, major industry partnerships, and surging market demand.Why This Role Stands Out• Work in a future-critical industry powering EVs and energy storage• Backed by strong R&D, global partnerships, and financial stability• Lead nationwide growth in a high-demand segment• Influence strategy while staying close to customers and the field• Career development within a fast-expanding materials businessWhat You’ll Do• Drive U.S. sales growth for silane and specialty additive products• Identify, target, and win new business across coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, fiberglass, and related downstream manufacturing sectors• Build strong relationships with formulators, end-manufacturers, and key accounts• Partner with traders/distributors while retaining direct ownership of major accounts• Provide technically informed solutions aligned with customer formulations• Perform market analysis, pipeline development, and strategic planning• Travel extensively (~50%) to develop new markets and strengthen client relationshipsWhat You Must Bring (Non-negotiable based on hiring manager criteria)• Direct experience selling silanes OR silicone-based specialty additives• Background in selling chemical inputs to manufacturers—not finished products• Strong downstream network within coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, fiberglass, or related verticals• Proven ability to build new business and penetrate new markets (not just maintaining accounts)• Solid technical fluency in specialty chemical formulations and applications• Full travel flexibility for U.S. field visits + occasional international travel• Mid-career commercial profile—actively field-oriented, growth-driven, and able to develop new pipelinesBonus Experience• Hands-on sales of silane product lines• International market development• Multilingual communication for global customer engagementLocation• Fully remote anywhere in the United StatesIf you want, I can create a shorter “LinkedIn version,” a recruiter email outreach message, or a screening question set tailored to avoid bad-fit applicants.
