Join us in creating a community of connected care, where coordinated, quality service is the norm and every member feels valued.The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and support programs that empower Medica's commercial sales teams to achieve performance goals. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to engage clients effectively, drive revenue growth, and enhance client experience. Performs other duties as assignedKey AccountabilitiesSales Training & OnboardingDevelop and lead onboarding programs for new hires across Inside Sales, Broker Experience, and Commercial Sales teamsDeliver training on Medica's product offerings including Medicare, Individual & Family (IFB), Medicaid, and Commercial plansFacilitate general training sessions such as "Welcome to Medica," "Medicare 101," and "ACA 101."Ongoing Enablement & DevelopmentAssess team performance and identify knowledge gaps; design targeted training interventionsCoordinate ad hoc and annual product training sessions in partnership with the Sales Enablement teamSupport documentation and resource development for sales technologies including Salesforce, Connecture, Broker Tracking System, and CRM platformsTechnology & Process SupportLead training initiatives for new technology rollouts and process improvementsServe as a liaison between sales teams and enterprise analytics to ensure alignment on data-driven strategiesClient Experience & Event CoordinationCollaborate with Client Experience Specialists to support high-value employer groups and broker relationshipsManage logistics for sales events, including scheduling, materials, regulatory compliance, and budget oversightRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field5 years of work experience beyond degreeSkills and AbilitiesKnowledge of healthcare products and sales methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platformsExcellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environmentExperience with Salesforce and other CRM systemsFamiliarity with Medicare Star Ratings and commercial sales strategiesBackground in instructional design or adult learning principlesPrior experience supporting sales teams in healthcare or insurance sectorsThis position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per weekThe full salary grade for this position is $68,800 - $118,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $68,800 - $103,215. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
