About this roleWithin Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), the Advisor Recruiting team is responsible for driving the firm’s organic growth by attracting top Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels.Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead – Advisor Recruiting & Integration to play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle.This role will focus on data-driven analysis, go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement, and integration support, ensuring a seamless transition from recruiting through advisor onboarding and productivity ramp. You will help build a more connected, insight-driven recruiting and integration model across the organization.You will partner closely with recruiting teams, Market Leaders, Branch Managers, and integration stakeholders to enhance outcomes through better use of technology, deeper insights, and consistent execution.In this role, you will:Drive sales enablement & recruiting executionProvide sales enablement support to recruiting teams, Market Leaders, and Branch Managers to improve productivity and outcomesSupport execution of go-to-market recruiting strategies across markets and advisor segmentsImprove consistency and effectiveness across the recruiting lifecycle—from prospecting through closeSupport advisor integration & onboarding enablementPartner with integration stakeholders to support a seamless transition from candidate acceptance through onboardingIdentify opportunities to improve the advisor onboarding experience, speed to productivity, and early retentionAlign recruiting and integration processes to ensure continuity and strong candidate/advisor experienceLead data-driven insights & performance analyticsAnalyze recruiting and integration performance, pipeline activity, and key trends to identify opportunities and risksDevelop dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into:Pipeline health and conversionRecruiting activity and productivityIntegration progress and early success indicatorsMarket and team performanceTranslate complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and executionSupport technology integration & innovationPartner on the integration and optimization of recruiting and onboarding technologies (CRM, data platforms, and emerging AI capabilities)Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve efficiency and effectivenessHelp evolve tools that enhance prospecting, pipeline management, onboarding workflows, and integration trackingEnhance recruiting content & advisor messagingSupport development of recruiting and onboarding content aligned to the Wells Fargo Advisors value propositionCreate and refine materials that help teams communicate effectively with advisor prospects and new hiresPartner with stakeholders on targeted recruiting and integration campaigns and initiativesDrive continuous improvement & field enablementMonitor key performance indicators and feedback loops to identify opportunities to improve recruiting and integration effectivenessSupport training, adoption, and change management for new tools, reporting, and processesPartner with stakeholders to refine workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen execution across the fieldContribute across initiatives as a flexible, solutions-oriented team member, helping the broader team deliver resultsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor recruitingExperience supporting or partnering with advisor onboarding, integration, or transition teamsBackground in technology integration, automation, or AI-enabled workflowsExperience developing sales enablement or marketing contentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership experienceInterest in continuous learning, innovation, and improving how teams operate5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business strategy, analytics, recruiting operations, or related fieldExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to leadership and field teamsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 75% of the timeThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipLocations:Charlotte, NC - preferredSan Diego, CA - preferred*Remote option WIM footprintPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
