Bachelors degree preferred. 1 to 5 years of related work experience preferred. Preference to experience selling to the Electrical and/or Mechanical industry. Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical systems Protective Systems A/V solutions and systems integration is preferred.Basic knowledge and understanding of applicable building codes and plan and spec fundamentals is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce CRM is preferred.Be highly motivated and an independent thinker.Strong communication presentation and customer service skills required.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environmentWorking with usOur fast-growing organization offers competitive pay a positive work environment and opportunities for career growth within the company.
