Our rapidly growing business has created an opportunity for a dedicated Sales Priority Responder who is highly motivated detailed-oriented and customer-focused. The Sales Priority Responder is a key member of the Mitigation team who provides initial onsite contact with residential and commercial clients develops scope of work and estimates.Primary Responsibilities:Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Provide priority response to potential residential and commercial clients.Develop scope of work for projects and creates initial estimates.Negotiate client approval of project scope and estimate.Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.Education and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma/GED requiredPrevious mitigation or construction background preferredMust possess a strong sales mentality with the drive to identify opportunities build relationships and close deals that contribute to business growth and successPossess strong interpersonal and organizational skillsMust be willing to work on-call schedule on a rotating basis (includes rotating nights/weekends)We offer:Excellent base salary commissionCompany vehicle cell phone and gas cardComprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision & life insurance.401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysServpro is an equal opportunity employer.
