Deliver Results.Overview:Join a fast-growing, high-performance team at a leading provider of commercial roofing and exterior renovation services. With a strong regional presence and an expanding portfolio of industrial, institutional, and commercial clients, the company is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to take ownership of a key territory.This is a full-cycle B2B sales role where your consultative approach, technical understanding, and ability to close deals will directly impact your earnings and growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and field operations to deliver value-driven solutions to new and existing clients.The RoleAs a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts through strategic outreach and consultative selling. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and inspection through to proposal, negotiation, and close. You’ll be supported by an experienced delivery team and a rich portfolio of completed projects to showcase results.Success in this role looks like a healthy sales pipeline, consistent closings, and long-term client relationships.ResponsibilitiesSell commercial roof replacement and exterior building services to owners, facility managers, and general contractorsManage full sales cycle: prospecting, site inspections, needs assessment, estimating, and closingUse internal project data and CRM insights to identify re-engagement opportunities and upsellsConduct cold outreach, networking, and relationship development to build a steady pipelinePerform technical roof assessments and site visits (BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal systems, etc.)Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate scoping and seamless handoffsMaintain consistent follow-up and communication throughout the customer journeyTrack opportunities, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Requirements3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial roofing, construction, or building productsStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive marketFamiliarity with commercial roof systems and ability to read construction drawings/specsSkilled at managing a sales territory and executing a structured outbound strategyProficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsNice to HaveBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience conducting roof inspections or technical evaluationsUnderstanding of the local property management and construction landscapeSalaryBase salary: $85,000 – $105,000On-Target Earnings:Year 1 OTE: $150,000+Year 2–3 OTE: $200,000–$250,000+Top performers: $300,000+LocationHybrid role based in Virginia Beach, VA, Norfolk, VA, or Suffolk, VA, with regular travel across the assigned territory for site visits and client meetings.BenefitsUncapped commission structure with high earning potentialExpanding company with clear growth trajectory and leadership supportCollaborative team environment with autonomy and accountabilityHealth and life insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysOpportunities for professional development and advancement
