Do you love opening doors, getting to the decision maker, and turning cold conversations into real opportunities? Pure Logistics is looking for a proven sales hunter who lives for prospecting and can build a new book of FF&E logistics business from the ground up. You will focus primarily on bringing in new customers, not nurturing/maintaining existing accounts.
At Pure Logistics, you'll join a small, experienced, mostly virtual team that handles complex FF&E projects for senior living, student housing, hospitality, and similar environments. You will have high autonomy, clear expectations, and direct access to leadership-and you will be measured on the quality and volume of new opportunities you create and close.

You will have high autonomy, clear expectations, and direct access to leadership-and you will be measured on the quality and volume of new opportunities you create and close.
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively identify and cold call decision makers (owners, developers, construction and procurement leaders) to generate new, qualified opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, from first contact through proposal and close, for FF&E projects.
- Consistently work outbound tactics (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) with high activity and disciplined follow up.
- Collaborate with leadership and operations to shape solutions, pricing, and proposals that convert opportunities into new business.
- Use of AI to improve efficiencies and processes.
- Real, qualified project opportunities in the first 90 days.
- $500,000+ in new business closed in the first 12 months.
- Documented success in a hunting sales role (ideally logistics, FF&E, construction, or project based B2B services), including examples of business you personally originated and closed.
- Demonstrated strength and success in cold outreach and getting to decision makers; you are comfortable with high call activity and persistent follow up.
- Self sufficient working style: you set your own activity targets, manage your own pipeline, and do not need daily direction.
- Strong communication, organization, and CRM discipline in a remote, tech enabled environment.
Compensation:
- First-year total earnings expected to be approximately $100,000, with top performers earning $200,000+ annually in subsequent years based on results.
