We are building a commercial business that brings Tonal into environments where people live work travel and play.OverviewTonal is seeking a Sales Manager to build our commercial business from the ground up. This is our first dedicated B2B sales hire responsible for opening new distribution channels driving outreach into priority commercial verticals and establishing Tonal as the premier strength platform across multi family homes premium homebuilders STR operators offices private clubs and more. This role is execution-focused and relationship-driven. You will activate Tonals commercial vision by running a disciplined outbound motion leveraging your network and executing the sales playbook in partnership with the Senior Director of Partnerships.What You Will DoDrive Commercial Sales Across Priority VerticalsYou will be directly responsible for outreach qualification and deal execution across the highest-value commercial segments including:Multi-family OperatorsHome Builders & DevelopersPrivate ClubsOwn Partner Outreach Pipeline Development Leverage an existing network of decision-makers across real estate corporate wellness fitness and commercial amenities to accelerate Tonals entry into key environments.Build and manage a robust pipeline of commercial prospectsConduct outbound outreach and represent Tonal at trade organizations and industry eventsEngage prospects through collateral demos site visits and relationship-buildingMaintain CRM accuracy and lead hygieneClose Deals Launch Partners SuccessfullyLead commercial negotiations pricing conversations and order fulfillment coordinationWork cross-functionally with Operations Finance and Support to ensure seamless partner setupCreate early sales playbooks repeatable workflows and scalable processesServe as an advocate for commercial partners inside TonalWho You Are 47 years of experience in partnerships sales business development real estate partnerships hospitality or commercial fitnessProven success sourcing pitching and closing B2B dealsA well-networked seller with an existing book of relationships across real estate private clubs commercial fitness corporate wellness or related industries.Deeply connected in the ecosystems where people live and work with the ability to open doors at the owner developer operator or C-suite level on day one.Known in your market as a relationship builder who maintains a strong reputation and repeat partnerships over time.Exceptional communicator who thrives in outbound sales and relationship-based sellingComfortable running a high-volume outreach motion and also closing strategic multiline accountsHighly organized operator who brings structure clarity and process to ambiguous environmentsEntrepreneurial self-starting and excited about being the first hire in a new business unitStrong cross-functional collaborator who can influence Product Operations Support and FinanceExperience selling hardware fitness equipment hospitality amenities or real-estate-adjacent products is a plusCRM-native with strong pipeline management disciplineWhy You Will Love Working at TonalYoure joining at the ground floor of Tonals next major growth channelCompetitive compensation package benefits and Tonal product perksCollaborative mission-driven team with a passion for redefining strength trainingAt Tonal we believe that the unique and varied lived experiences of our teammates contribute to our overall strength.
