Trimble is seeking a Manager for our ERP Cross selling team.What you will do:As a Sales Manager for Trimble you will be a key player in driving sales targets. You will be responsible for leading a sales team that will be selling ERP and other ERP value added solutions into the existing Non-ERP customer base.Manage a team that is responsible for selling our ERP solutions into one of three verticals (either Heavy/Civil GC/Structures or MEP).Achieve monthly sales targets and an annual quota of at least $8M in ARR.Explore and develop new market opportunities while networking with related businesses and foster B2B relationshipsWork closely with the technical pre-sales team to agree and execute plans to land new customersRemain current on industry trends market activities and competitorsRepresent Trimble at industry events and build value-added relationships with customers industry associations and technology partnersMust be willing to travel and support a sales team in the field with client meetings on-site discoveries demonstrations etc. Minimum expected travel is 30-40%.What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a software environment or comparable experience coupled with 2 years leadership experience.Bachelors degree in a technical field business or related fieldExperience supporting a sales strategy including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environmentBusiness development experience including prospecting networking partnering and achieving overall client satisfactionDemonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization with diverse background including executive and C-levelAbility to travel A valid drivers license and vehicle rental access is requiredAbout Our Division AECOTrimble is developing technology software and services that drive the digital transformation of construction with solutions that span the entire architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
