Our client is the leading full-service event rental company in Texas with more than 60000 sq. ft. of warehouse space across Austin Houston Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio. Theyspecialize in corporate events large-scale festivals private celebrations and iconic Texas experiencessuch as five years producing Bevo Blvd. Their goal is simple: dominate the Texas market by delivering exceptional service world-class inventory and relentless execution. Theydid $5M in sales last year and are targeting $10Mandneeding an elite Sales Manager to help get them there. We are seeking a full-time in-office Sales Manager / Business Development Manager based in Kyle TX. This role is designed for an A-Playersomeone who is driven coachable disciplined and capable of building both a sales engine and a sales team. This role requires zero side businesses complete focus and a high-performance mindset. You will lead all sales efforts across Texas (B2B B2C) refine and build the sales process and scale our team to 45 members. You will sell to current past and new clients across corporate schools kids events private events and large festivals. Your success in this role directly determines the companys growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute a statewide sales strategy targeting corporate clients festivals conferences schools and large-scale events. Own the full sales pipelinefrom inbound lead management to outbound prospecting to closing. Create and optimize sales processes follow-up systems and sales plans. Sell the full experience to customers and decision-makers. Team Building & Management Build train and lead a high-performing sales team (inbound outbound). Establish performance metrics CRM discipline and coaching rhythms. Improve team efficiency through process standardization and tools (lead sources event rental software CRM etc.). Client Growth & Retention Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with high-value clients. Increase repeat bookings referrals and multi-market contracts. Ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through event completion. Reporting & Cross-Department Collaboration Track revenue pipeline activity close rates and sales performance KPIs. Work directly with the executive team to set territory goals and expansion plans. Partner with operations and warehouse leadership to ensure seamless event execution. Attend significant Texas events and 1 recurring monthly event. Compensation & Pay Structure Competitive Base Salary Commission: 2% on new business 1% on existing business Uncapped earnings potential. Leadership role with direct impact on scaling from $5M $10M.
