The Sales & Marketing Analyst is a foundational role designed to launch high-potential talent into a career in commercial sales. Participate in customer meetings and calls to gain exposure to relationship management and strategic communication.Sales Operations & Analysis: Support sales forecasting pricing analysis and performance tracking. Collaborate with analysts to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.Project & Process Ownership: Lead or contribute to special projects across sales logistics and customer service. Document and formalize processes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including marketing finance and supply chain to support customer needs.Learning & Development: Engage in structured learning modules and mentorship sessions.
